Unstrung Hero Directs.

The leaders who work most effectively, it seems to me, never say "I." And that's not because they have trained themselves not to say "I." They don't think "I." They think "we"; they think "team." They understand their job to be to make the team function. They accept responsibility and don't sidestep it, but "we" gets the credit. This is what creates trust, what enables you to get the task done. – peter drucker

Wondering why I had peter drucker’s quote? It’s because its one of the thing I found interesting on the topic last night. The topic is about leadership. Time to time I kept on thinking what kind of leader could I be? Could I be a great leader? Nor a leader that is responsible to be an example to its subordinates? And if so, would they follow me?

This thing keeps running every time I situate my self as a leader. Perhaps I am too elusive to be a leader. He he. How I hope to be come one of the most top respected leader in the future (Gloria Resign! Bluff! ).

In our time, leaders are not born they are made through experience they had. Leadership is developed in a person through commitment and passion. They are leaders for they not only see thing for their self but for the whole organization. Leaders envision goal not only for their own but for the group. They are the ones who initiate each team member to work and cooperate with in the group. It is like they are the motivators for a member to do their job. Being a leader means great responsibility. Leaders must know every detail of action to create a good environment on the team or organization. He must react to the consequences that the organization may meet not only by himself but with his whole team. He must be willing to accept ideas by his team mates.

And to conclude the lesson discussed last night, I would say that leadership is a skill that anyone poses. It is a talent that must be looked into and developed by each of us. Leadership is not hard when we try to listen and to be heard. It is like a give and take relationship. Take respect by giving respect draft 9:21:00 PM by harvi Delete
