Last Thursday was our last stand to redeem our selves and prove that we could perform a great presentation for the last case we had entitled Moses at the Red Sea. Our group composed of me, estong ,nel and jay was the first presenter that day. We had discussed the relation ship of the eight concepts of executing strategy on how Moses led the Israelite in the crossing of the red sea. Further more we had also discussed the SWOT analysis and defined some problems in the case.
To impart a brief thought of what we had presented the problem in the case was how could Moses evade the pharaohs’ army and cross the red sea. Moses and the Israelites were able to succeed by the help of God. The strong faith of Moses helped them to survive.
One good thing that also reflects in the case is the concept of leadership. Leadership is shown on how Moses led the Israelites wand with his commitment to help the Israelites they were able to succeed and cross the red sea.
One good thing I learned is that leadership is like a establishment of relationship wherein a leader must learn how to listen to be heard. It is like a give and take relationship where if you give respect to your members then in return they will give you respect for respecting them.
That’s all. Hope you learned something and liked our presentation last Thursday. :D
