first thing first.

Last night our class started the lesson with a review question about the 8 components of the strategy execution process where in I am one the few people called to recite and did not answer the question. It’s because I forgot the topic last meeting and still having the aftershock from the ie-emg night. Then we further discussed about TQM which is one of the factors in strategy execution process. I had learned that TQM is important in the field as an industrial engineer. A good background and knowledge in TQM can help in crafting a perfect strategy where in best practices is applied like the six sigma which uses the DMAIC approach. And after the discussion on strategy execution process we moved on corporate culture and leadership chapter. Here Sir Elise shared some of his experience on his past jobs. In a certain industry there is the existence of culture which is being embrace and lived by. To be able to jive with the culture that is not familiar with us, we must adapt to the environment were into. We must go with the flow and try to function as a member. We must fit into the culture, embrace and try to learn with it.
